Rich Shuman has been a Broker for over 20 years in Nevada and opened The Heritage Group in 2005. The Heritage Group is the product of three generations of real estate knowledge dating back to the 1950’s when Patricia Shuman (Rich’s Grandmother) was first a licensed Broker and most recently his father Ed Shuman, Jr. (30+ year local real estate Broker). Real estate is in his DNA. With over two thousand personal transactions and managed deals in the tens of thousands, Rich is a strong leader with a composed style. His transaction diversity is a major asset as well, with clients ranging from cities to retirees; his clients receive superb communication, authenticity, and a willingness to go the extra mile every time. Rich lives in Boulder City, Nevada, with his wife and five children. He is a scratch golfer and avid fisherman. As an elected City Councilman, he also has a keen understanding of real estate from an entitlement and development perspective. Rich is highly qualified to train the agents at his company in commercial and land, with transaction expertise from municipalities, Las Vegas Strip hotel/casinos, chain retailers, health care, and home builders.
